Wikipedia ansiklopedisine gore hamburger kelimesi Hamburg, Almanya

Binnur,
The traditonal kofte can be enhanced with a few spices like a pinch of cumin, of course we know that there are too many variations to mention here.
Aydin,
I am going to add cumin above, I think I forgot to write it down:)
Thank you for reminding me of this. My mum also always adds 1 chopped
garlic clove which gives it a very nice taste:)
Sevgilerimle,
I like very much this recipe... can you tell me, please about the bread? do you suggest an special kind of bread? the pictured bread seems delicious...
Hi Annie,
It is home made Turkish Bread, I did not post it yet. The recipe is on the waiting list:) I suggest to you, to have French Bread which is more close to Turkish Bread:)
My husband made Turkish Burgers with all natural ground beef last night -- WOW -- I'm not a big meat eater, but I loved these burgers. I think it was the garlic, or maybe the cumin -- all combined make a perfect buger!
