Black Olive Pate on Bread
French baton bread, cut in slices, about 14-15 slices

100 gr black olive pate
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 clove garlic, smashed
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp crushed red pepper

Mix all the ingredients, spread on bread slices and serve. A very easy-to-make and delicious appetizer!

Hi Sereen,
Pate is a form of spreadable paste. You can find black olive pate at the little shops like cheese shops (Italian) or Mediterranean markets... I use crushed red pepper but if you like you can use red pepper or chili red pepper, too:)
